Straying off the beaten track with its quirky blend of Wakatu and Waimea Kiwi hops, our pale ale Wild Boy lives up to its name. Offering floral and citric hop aromas at a drinkable 3.7% ABV, this tipple is guaranteed to go down smoothly. Drink slowly to savour its bitter-sweet undertones and subtle hint of vanilla.
‘Peter the Wild Boy’ lived an entirely feral existence in Germany’s Hamelin woods until he was found by King George I in 1725. Sent to Berkhamsted to work on a farm, he soon escaped to the local woods in a bid to resume his life of freedom. Against all odds, Peter lived to a ripe old age and is buried at St Mary’s Church in Northchurch.
